[PATCH] Added remove() method

The following is a patch for the Canvas Tile Layer module (god I wish I could update the thread title).

I have multiple heatmaps that the user can flick through. Rather than load them all onto the map and hide/show (which can eat alot of memory), I wanted to remove the existing one and add the new one. This can be easily achieved by adding the following method to canvasTileLayerModule.js:
this.remove = function() {
    _map.entities.remove( _tileLayer );
