How do you open InfoBoxes from outside links in Bing Map v7?

I have the following Bing Map v7:

In which I have a set of pushpins, with InfoBoxes associated with each one.

I'd have a list of corresponding links that are outside if the map.

I need the links in the list to open the corresponding InfoBoxes in the map and rolling over pushpins to highlight the corresponding link in list.

I'm trying to achieve something like this!
How can this be done?

Here is an example from the customInfobox creators. This one both pops up an infobox and also highlights the object in the list if you mouse over the push pin.

Type in a city and they will have some pushpins and a list of things to mouseover on the left side. When you mouseover them, the corresponding infobox will popup. Remember that they are also using their own module, which you can download as well. I use it. It's pretty handy.

Just in case you are not privy to this, when you have the example up, press F12 (chrome or IE). Then you can choose to select the page elements by clicking on them or you can look at the different script files associated with the page.

The code you're looking for is in the baseLocator.js. Search for "search-result-single" and you'll find what you're looking for.
